# The Pensions (Polish Forces) Scheme (Amendment) Order 1974, Introduction: Introductory text


PENSIONS
Made 18th June 1974
Coming into Operation 22nd July 1974
The Secretary of State for Social Services, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of powers conferred by section 1 of the Polish Resettlement Act 1947, and now vested in her, and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
