Coming into force 27th March 1992

The Secretary of State for Social Security, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Polish Resettlement Act 1947f1, and now vested in himf2, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
