# The Pensions (Polish Forces) Scheme (Extension) Order 1992, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
The Pensions (Polish Forces) Scheme 1964 makes provision for the payment of war pensions and allowances to certain members of the Polish Forces, their widows and dependants. This Order extends the life of the Scheme, which would otherwise expire on 26th March 1992, until 26thMarch 1997.
