# The Pensions (Polish Forces) Scheme (Extension) Order 2007, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 27th March 2007
The Secretary of State, with the consent of the Treasury, makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Polish Resettlement Act 1947 and now vested in him, and of all other powers enabling him to do so:—
