  "text": "PENSIONS\nMade 10th March 2005\nLaid before Parliament 15th March 2005\nComing into force 6th April 2005\nThe Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 102(3) and 104(6) of, and paragraph 9 of Schedule 4 to, the Pensions Act 2004, and Article 98(5) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, makes the following Rules:",
