In exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 5 of the Performing Animals (Regulation) Act 1925, and by subsection (3) of that section as amended by the Miscellaneous Fees (Variation) Order 1968^f1 and the Miscellaneous Fees (Variation) (Scotland) Order 1968^f2, I hereby make the following Rules:—
