  "text": "(1) Sections 9, 10 and 12 and this section come into force on the day after Royal Assent.\n(2) The other provisions of this Act come into force on such day within the period of 2 years beginning with the day of Royal Assent as the Scottish Ministers may by regulations appoint.\n(3) Regulations under subsection (2) may—\n(a) include transitional, transitory or saving provision,\n(b) make different provision for different purposes.",
