On 1st August 2007 the corporation shall be dissolved and—

(a)

all of the corporation’s property, rights and liabilities specified in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order shall be transferred to Warwickshire College, being a body corporate established for purposes which include the provision of educational facilities or services; and

(b)

all of the corporation’s property, rights and liabilities specified in Part 2 of the Schedule to this Order shall be transferred to Herefordshire College of Technology, being a body corporate established for purposes which include the provision of educational facilities or services.
