  "text": "education, england\nMade 21st June 2007\nLaid before Parliament 29th June 2007\nComing into force 1st August 2007\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (“the Act”).\nIn accordance with section 51 of the Act, he has received a proposal for the dissolution of the further education corporation known as the Pershore Group of Colleges , (“the corporation”) from the Learning and Skills Council for England.\nIn accordance with section 27(7)(a) of the Act, he has consulted the corporation. In accordance with section 27(2), the Order is made with the consent of the further education corporations known as Warwickshire College, Royal Leamington Spa, Rugby and Moreton Morrell , (“Warwickshire College”) and Herefordshire College of Technology .",
