Regulation 4 Amendments to regulation 3I1

Regulation 3 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1), for the words before sub-paragraph (a) substitute—
“The competent authority for the purposes of these Regulations is”.
(3)
In paragraph (2), for “They are also the enforcement authorities” substitute “The competent authority is also the enforcement authority”.
