  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Persistent Organic Pollutants (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2025.\n(2) These Regulations come into force immediately after the Persistent Organic Pollutants (Amendment) Regulations 2025 come into force.\n(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.",
