  "text": "(1) Any person who contravenes Article 7(1) of Regulation (EU) 2019/1021 (waste management) is guilty of an offence.\n(2) Any producer or holder of waste that is specified in paragraph 2 of Article 7 of that Regulation who fails to dispose of it or recover it in accordance with that paragraph is guilty of an offence.\n(3) Any person who contravenes Article 7(3) of that Regulation (prohibition of specified disposal and recovery operations) is guilty of an offence.",
