# The Personal Community Charge (Reductions) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 1991, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations correct an error in the formula set out in paragraph of regulation 22 of the Personal Community Charge (Reductions) (England) Regulations 1991. The substituted formula is relevant for the purposes of the calculation of certain reductions under Part V (persons in sheltered accommodation) of the Regulations.
