Regulation 7 Amendments to the principal Regulations

At the end of regulation 15(c) there shall be added—

“; or

(d)

in the case of a European institution or a relevant authorised person, action corresponding to that described in paragraph (b) or (c) has been taken by or in relation to the institution or person under the law of an EEA State”.
