# The Personal Equity Plan (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1995, Regulation 8: Amendments to the principal Regulations


At the end of sub-paragraph (b) of regulation 17A(1) there shall be added the words “(or, where the plan manager is a European institution or a relevant authorised person, its equivalent in the currency of the State in which he has his principal place of business)”.
