Regulation 7 Amendments to the principal Regulations
In regulation 6Af1—
(a)
in paragraph (1) for the words “authorised unit trusts” there shall be substituted the words “securities funds”;
(b)
in paragraph (2)(c) for the words “authorised unit trusts” there shall be substituted the words “securities companies, securities funds”.
