# The Personal Equity Plan (Amendment) Regulations 1990, Regulation 9: Amendments to the Principal Regulations


In regulation 9(3) in sub-paragraph (c) for the words “made no other application to subscribe to another” there shall be substituted “not subscribed to any other”.
