Regulation 5 Amendments to the principal Regulations
In regulation 5(5)—
(a)
in sub-paragraph (a) before the word “condition” there shall be inserted the word “relevant”;
(b)
in sub-paragraph (b) before the word “condition” there shall be inserted the word “relevant”.
