Laid before the House of Commons 15th June 1995
Coming into force 6th July 1995
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 333 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 and section 151 of the Taxation of Chargeable Gains Act 1992, hereby make the following Regulations:
