Regulation 10 Amendments to the principal Regulations

In regulation 27(3)^f1 for the words “or qualifying EC shares” there shall be substituted the words “, qualifying EC shares, other qualifying shares or qualifying securities” and at the end there shall be added the words “or securities”.
