# The Personal Equity Plan (Amendment) Regulations 1996, Regulation 10: Amendments to the principal Regulations


In regulation 19(5)(c) for the words “for the kind of plan concerned” there shall be substituted the words “or one half of the subscription limit as the case may require”.
