# The Personal Equity Plan (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 4: Amendments to the principal Regulations


In regulation 4A(3)(c) after the words “regulation 4(2A)(b)” there shall be inserted the words “, any sum payable for such an allotment or allocation as is referred to in regulation 4(2A)(c)”.
