  "text": "In these Regulations—\n“the principal Regulations” means the Personal Equity Plan Regulations 1989;\n“regulation” means a regulation of the principal Regulations;\n“securities” means any securities within the meaning of section 104 of the Taxation of Chargeable Gains Act 1992 or any relevant securities within the meaning of section 108 of that Act;\n“the year 1999–00” means the year of assessment beginning on 6th April 1999.",
