Regulation 4 Amendments to the principal Regulations
(1)
Regulation 4f1 shall be amended as follows.
(2)
In paragraph (1)—
(a)
in the words preceding sub-paragraph (aa) for the word “conditions” there shall be substituted the word “condition”;
(b)
sub-paragraphs (aa), (a) and (c) shall, subject to regulation 14 of these Regulations, be omitted; and
(c)
in sub-paragraph (b) for the word “subscribes” there shall be substituted the word “subscribed”.
(3)
Paragraphs (2) to (4) shall be omitted.
(4)
In paragraph (6)(f) for the words from “an entire” to “to it” there shall be substituted—
- (i)
“a plan, with all rights and obligations of the parties to it, or
- (ii)
such parts thereof as may be agreed between the plan investor and the plan manager,”.
