# The Personal Equity Plan (Amendment) Regulations 2001, Regulation 8: Amendments to the principal Regulations


In regulation 7(2) for sub-paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—
“(b) who complied with this sub-paragraph (b) as it had effect immediately before the coming into force of the Personal Equity Plan (Amendment) Regulations 2001, and”.
