Regulation 14 Plan manager ceasing to act

A person shall give notice to the Board and to the subscriber to the plan which he manages of his intention to cease to act as the plan manager within a reasonable time before he so ceases so that his obligations to the Board under the plan can be conveniently discharged at or about the time he ceases so to act.
