  "text": "The Board may by notice require any person who is or who at any time has been a plan manager or plan investor to furnish them, within such time (not being less than 14 days) as may be provided by the notice, such information about any plan or about any plan investment (including copies of or extracts from any books or other records) as they may reasonably require for the purposes of these Regulations.",
