# The Personal Independence Payment (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2013, Regulation 4: Amendment of the Criminal Defence Service (Financial Eligibility) Regulations 2006


(1) The Criminal Defence Service (Financial Eligibility) Regulations 2006 are amended as follows.
(2) In the definition of “gross annual income” in regulation (2)(1) (interpretation), after paragraph (g) insert—
“and
(h) any personal independence payment paid under Part 4 of the Welfare Reform Act 2012;”.
