Regulation 5 Amendment of the Criminal Defence Service (Contribution Orders) Regulations 2009

The Criminal Defence Service (Contribution Orders) Regulations 2009^f1 are amended as follows.

In the definition of “gross annual income”^f2 in regulation (2)(1) (interpretation), after paragraph (h) insert—

“and

(i)

any personal independence payment paid under Part 4 of the Welfare Reform Act 2012;”.
