# The Personal Independence Payment (Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2013, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Personal Independence Payment (Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2013.
(2) They come into force on 6th October 2013.
