  "text": "(1) Where a notified person dies before making a claim for personal independence payment the law relating to the person's entitlement to disability living allowance shall apply as if the notification had never been sent.\n(2) Where a transfer claimant dies—\n(a) before any assessment determination is made in relation to the claim, or\n(b) where an assessment determination is made in relation to the claim, before the day on which the claimant becomes entitled to personal independence payment in accordance with regulation 17(2),\nthe claim shall be treated as if it had never been made and, if the transfer claimant is a notified person, as if no notification under regulation 3(1) had been sent.",
