Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Scheme may be cited as the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Amendment (No. 2) Scheme 1983 and shall come into operation on 21st November 1983, immediately after the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Amendment Scheme 1983 has come into operation.

In this Scheme, the expression “the principal Scheme” means the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme 1983^f1.
