# The Personal Injuries (Civilians) Amendment (No. 2) Scheme 1990, Section 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Scheme may be cited as the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Amendment (No. 2) Scheme 1990 and shall come into force on 25th July 1990.
(2) In this Scheme, the expression “the principal Scheme” means the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme 1983.
