# The Personal Injuries (Civilians) Amendment (No. 2) Scheme 1994, Section 2: Amendment of article 27 of the principal Scheme


In article 27 of the principal Scheme (pensions to widows), after paragraph (2) there shall be added the following paragraph—
“(3) at the supplementary rate specified in paragraph 1(c) of the said Schedule in both the cases specified in paragraphs (1) and (2) of this article.”.
