# The Personal Injuries (Civilians) Amendment (No. 2) Scheme 1994, Section 3: Amendment of Schedule 4 to the principal Scheme


After paragraph 1(b) of Schedule 4 to the principal Scheme (rates of pension and allowance payable in respect of death:widows) there shall be added the following paragraph—
“(c) under article 27(3)…£48.70 per week”.
