Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1)

This Scheme may be cited as the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Amendment (No.2) Scheme 1992 and shall come into force on 7th January 1993.

(2)

In this Scheme the expression “the principal Scheme” means the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme 1983^f1.
