  "text": "PENSIONS\nMade 27th July 1983\nLaid before Parliament 4th August 1983\nComing into Operation 21st November 1983\nThe Secretary of State for Social Services, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Personal Injuries (Emergency Provisions) Act 1939 and now vested in him, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Scheme:—",
