Article 3 Amendment of Article 12 of the principal Scheme

In Article 12 of the principal Scheme (allowance for eligible members of the family)—

(a)

in the Table in paragraph (2) for the words “dependent husband” there shall be substituted the word “husband”;

(b)

in paragraph (3) the words “Subject to the following provisions of this Article,” shall be omitted;

(c)

paragraph (4) shall be omitted.
