  "text": "PENSIONS\nMade 10th August 1984\nLaid before Parliament 22nd August 1984\nComing into Operation 26th November 1984\nThe Secretary of State for Social Services, with the approval of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Personal Injuries (Emergency Provisions) Act 1939 and now vested in him, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Scheme:—",
