Article 2 Amendment of Article 2 of the principal Scheme

In paragraph (23) of Article 2 of the principal Scheme (definitions)–

(a)

in sub-paragraph (a)(ii) after the word “thing;” there shall be inserted the word “or”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b) for the words “or any person” there shall be substituted the words “on any person” .
