Article 4 Amendment to Article 25A of the principal Scheme

In paragraph (1)(b) of Article 25A of the principal Scheme (mobility supplement)—

(a)

the following head shall be inserted as a new head (iii)—

“(iii)

restricting by physical pain or breathlessness his ability to walk to such an extent that it is of little or no practical use to him, or”;

(b)

the existing head (iii) shall be renumbered (iv).
