  "text": "PENSIONS\nMade 1st April 1986\nLaid before Parliament 8th April 1986\nComing into Operation 28th July 1986\nThe Secretary of State for Social Services, with the approval of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 2 of the Personal Injuries (Emergency Provisions) Act 1939 and now vested in him , and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Scheme:—",
