  "text": "PENSIONS\nMade 1st March 1988\nLaid before Parliament 10th March 1988\nComing into force 11th April 1988\nThe Secretary of State for Social Services, with the approval of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 2 of the Personal Injuries (Emergency Provisions) Act 1939 and now vested in him, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Scheme:",
