Section 2 Amendment of article 2 of the principal Scheme

In paragraph (19) of article 2 of the principal Scheme (meaning of “public funds”) after the words “any public, general or local Act”, there shall be inserted the words “moneys provided under the Abolition of Domestic Rates Etc. (Scotland) Act 1987^f1”.
