# The Personal Injuries (Civilians) Amendment Scheme 1993, Section 8: Amendment of article 28 of the principal Scheme


In article 28 of the principal Scheme (rent allowance to widows who have children) in paragraph (1) for the words “community charge” there shall be substituted the words “council tax”.
