# The Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme 1983, Article 32: Pensions to dependent widowers


A dependent widower may be awarded a pension at such rate, not exceeding the rate specified in Schedule 4, paragraph 5, as the Secretary of State may consider appropriate in the circumstances of the case.
