  "heading": "Allowances in respect of children under the age of 15",
  "text": "Where a dependent child of a deceased person has not attained the age of 15 and is not eligible for an award of pension under Article 34, an allowance may be awarded in respect of that child, subject to the provisions of this Article, at the rate specified in Schedule 4, paragraph 6:\nProvided that where a dependent child of a deceased male person is a child to whom Article 2(7)(f) applies, or was living apart from the deceased person on the material date, an allowance under this Article in respect of that child shall be at such rate as the Secretary of State may consider appropriate in the circumstances of the case, but shall not exceed the rate specified in the said paragraph 6.",
