  "text": "This Scheme does not apply to any injury sustained by a person who on the material date—\n(a) was a member of a visiting force within the meaning of the Visiting Forces (British Commonwealth) Act 1933; or\n(b) was, or was to be deemed by virtue of section 2 of the United States of America (Visiting Forces) Act 1942 to have been, a member of the naval, military or air forces of any allied power or foreign authority mentioned in section 1 of the Allied Forces Act 1940; or\n(c) was a member of the Corps of (Civilian) Canadian Fire Fighters for Service in the United Kingdom.",
