Article 80 Administration of this Scheme

(1)

This Scheme shall be administered by the Secretary of State or, as to any particular part of provision thereof which he may select, by such other person or body as he may direct.

(2)

The Secretary of State may make Regulations for giving effect to the purposes of this Scheme.
