# The Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme (Amendment) Order 2010, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme (Amendment) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 12th April 2010.
(2) In this Order “the principal Scheme” means the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme 1983.
